Cooking has always been a part of my life. At the age of 13, I had my first experience working in a restaurant kitchen, and it was there that my passion for creating amazing food was ignited. After high school, I embarked on a quest to become an exceptional chef, starting with my education at the Culinary Institute of America, where I learned the fundamentals of culinary arts.

After two years of intensive learning, I was eager to put my knowledge to use, knowing that my journey had only just begun. Over the next few years, I worked in various restaurants under both renowned and less celebrated chefs. Each day was a lesson in what to do and what not to do, all with the goal of one day running a successful restaurant. I achieved this goal many times, eventually owning my own restaurant and catering company.

One of my greatest joys in the kitchen has always been teaching my staff and watching them grow into amazing chefs under my guidance. Now, I’m excited to bring my culinary expertise to you.
